SEGAT’s historic core business supports public and private stakeholders and national operators in their development projects across the entire territory and at every scale—land, legal, regulatory, financial, and urban—supporting projects from design through to implementation.
HOUSING
At the heart of urban renewal policies, housing improvement has naturally become one of SEGAT’s areas of expertise, encompassing both technical and social dimensions. The objective is to support local authorities in defining and implementing their local housing policies, providing them with the tools needed to improve residents’ living conditions.
